Profession.hu has its own Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applications.
The online ATS can be accessed after logging into your employer account.
Click on the job ad on My advertisement page, which you would like to work with. You will then be sent to the Applicant Tracking System, to the list of candidates for the vacancy.
What is the Applicant Tracking System good for?
Filtering and sorting: candidates appear in one place, in a filterable, sortable list.
Candidate data: by opening the candidate profile, you can find the candidate’s contact details, CV details and uploaded applications and CV documents.
Sorting: the ATS allows you to easily sort the applications received:
Status setting: manage candidates who meet the requirements of the vacancy in the Suitable candidate status. In this easy-to-use interface, you can manage and track the status of candidates (e.g. Passed telephone interview; Passed interview; Received an offer etc.) during the selection process.
Messaging: easily contact candidates using individual or bulk messaging functionality.
You will receive an email notification of each new application to the forwarding email address you have provided for the advertisement.
Ads with a so-called career link work in a different way. If there is a career link in the ad, once the applicant clicks the Apply button, they will be redirected to a career page to complete a separate application process. For a successful, completed application, the applicant must complete the application on the advertiser’s website.
Please note that career linked advertisements have a high drop-out rate, as the application process is more complex and involves more steps for the jobseeker than applying through Profession’s system. We recommend that you choose the normal (through Profession’s system) application method for your job advertisements.
The data of candidates who were not logged into their Profession.hu employee account when clicking on the Apply button of the career link advertisement will not be available in the Applicant Tracking System.
The data of candidates who have clicked on the Apply button of the job advertisement while logged in to their Profession.hu employee account will be available in the Applicant Tracking System (even if they have not completed the application process on the advertiser’s career page).
Candidates who are available in the ATS can be contacted.
Using Profession.hu’s Applicant Tracking System is free of charge. It is always included in the advertisement product.
Details of candidates applying for positions are available in the Applicant Tracking System for 90 days from the date of application. They will be deleted afterwards. This means that applications for ads posted more than 90 days ago cannot be found in the ATS.
