Any illegal content – e.g. job advertisement, text reviews (including the response to it), CV profile, company page content – can be reported on the interface by selecting the appropriate icons and indicating the reason(s) next to the content (or via e-mail to ugyfelszolgalat@profession.hu address).

In case of detection of illegal user content (e.g. infringing resume, review), job seeker users can also file a report.

 

The content shall be deemed illegal if:

• violates the law in itself (e.g. a defamatory);
• refers to a violation of the law (e.g. fraud);
• infringes the General Terms and Conditions (e.g. discriminative ad or commercial content).
• infringes the Terms of Use (e.g. pornographic resume);
• infringes the Review Regulations (e.g. obscene review).

Investigation process and legal remedy:

• Decision: We will examine the report and inform the complainant of its results. If illegal content is detected, it will be deleted and the publisher will also be informed about the deletion/restriction of access to the content.
• Legal remedy at the service provider: Against the decision, it is possible to lodge a complaint within 6 months, i.e. to request a repeat inspection. The request can be submitted to the e-mail address ugyfelszolgalat@profession.hu, indicating the e-mail address, history, and the specific reason for the legal remedy (why you do not agree with the decision). We will inform the person submitting the complaint about the decision and, if the original decision is amended, also the person who published the content.

A review of the legal remedy decision can be requested at an out-of-court dispute resolution body, court or authority as follows:

• Out-of-court dispute resolution body: A customer in a contractual relationship with the service provider can turn to the Online Platform Dispute Resolution Board in order to resolve a dispute arising in connection with the EU regulation on digital services. The condition for starting the procedure is that you attempt to settle the dispute directly with the service provider, and that you exhaust the possibility of internal legal remedies. On the website of the National Media and Communications Authority are available the other out-of-court dispute resolution bodies with additional powers, their contact details and the subject areas they can act on.
• Initiation of authority proceeding: If the decision regarding the content reported as illegal does not comply with the rules of the EU regulation on digital services, and it is not changed within the framework of the legal remedy, a general official supervision procedure can be initiated at the National Media and Communications Authority.
• Initiation of court proceeding: You can initiate legal proceedings against the decision/remedial decision related to the content reported as illegal.

Registered company and contact data can only be modified by our customer service.

The following data can be modified:

• contact details (name, email address, phone number),
• contact access (which pieces of information, and services are available for the different contact persons),
• company data (name, tax number, place of business),
• financial data (email address for electronic invoice, invoice address, financial contact).

Modification requests have to be emailed to ugyfelszolgalat@profession.hu.

Please note that modification requests will only be dealt with if

• the request comes from an email address registered in our system or has a company domain (e.g. @profession.hu),
• and the company data matches data shown on company registration websites.

Modification requests will be dealt with within 2 hours on working days.

A Profession.hu employer account can be accessed by several people working for the same employer. The number of people who can access the account is not limited.

Their email addresses have to be registered to access the account.  Registering their email addresses can be requested via email to ugyfelszolgalat@profession.hu.

Please note that this email has to be sent from an email address that is

• already registered in our system as a contact email address,
• or has a company domain (e.g. @profession.hu).

Only businesses registered with company registration websites, and self-employed businesses can open an account and use our services.

Private individuals are not allowed to post advertisements.

 

Data to provide when opening an account are as follows:

– company contact data:

• name,
• phone number,
• email address,

– company data:

• company name,
• tax number,
• tax number type,
• address.,

– invoicing data:

• email address for electronic invoice,
• invoice address.

Upon completion of registration, all company datasheets are subject to our validation process. During this process given data is validated.  If there is a discrepancy between the data given and that found on company registration websites, an email will be sent to the contact email address.

Please note that contact email addresses are also validated.  The email address given has to have a company domain (e.g. profession.hu) or it has to be the official email address found on company registration websites.  If the email address does not meet either one of the above criteria, you will be asked to confirm it.

If needed, emails about the validation process will be sent from cegregisztracio@profession.hu.

Before completion of the validation process, you can log in to your employer account but in case you have an ad posted, you will not be able to see the list of applicants.

Products purchased on Profession.hu will be invoiced once the order has been placed. The invoice will be sent to our clients by email. Data required for invoices are as follows:

• company name,
• tax number,
• place of business,
• invoice address.

Invoices of services ordered can be issued as:

1. Paper invoice: Paper invoices will be delivered 4 to 5 days after the invoice was raised. A certified copy will also be sent by email.
2. Electronic invoice: Electronic invoices will be sent to the registered email address a few minutes after the invoice was raised. Data on electronic invoices will be identical to those on paper invoices.

Payment is due in 15 days. The due date for payment will be shown on the invoice.

If the invoice is issued in USD or EUR, the exchange rate used shall be 360 HUF = 1 USD or 390 HUF = 1 EUR.
