Job alerts are created based on information and criteria provided by you. To set or change the configuration parameters, please log in to your account.
Setting these criteria is simple. All you have to do is choose one from predefined settings that suits you best. This is how we want to assist you in making your settings as accurate as possible.

Job alerts can be created automatically in the following way:
Profession.hu has its own Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applications.
The online ATS can be accessed after logging into your employer account.
Click on the job ad on My advertisement page, which you would like to work with. You will then be sent to the Applicant Tracking System, to the list of candidates for the vacancy.
What is the Applicant Tracking System good for?
Filtering and sorting: candidates appear in one place, in a filterable, sortable list.
Candidate data: by opening the candidate profile, you can find the candidate’s contact details, CV details and uploaded applications and CV documents.
Sorting: the ATS allows you to easily sort the applications received:
Status setting: manage candidates who meet the requirements of the vacancy in the Suitable candidate status. In this easy-to-use interface, you can manage and track the status of candidates (e.g. Passed telephone interview; Passed interview; Received an offer etc.) during the selection process.
Messaging: easily contact candidates using individual or bulk messaging functionality.
Products purchased on Profession.hu will be invoiced once the order has been placed. The invoice will be sent to our clients by email. Data required for invoices are as follows:
Invoices of services ordered can be issued as:
Payment is due in 15 days. The due date for payment will be shown on the invoice.
If the invoice is issued in USD or EUR, the exchange rate used shall be 350 HUF = 1 USD or 380 HUF = 1 EUR.
Advertisements posted on Profession.hu can only contain accurate information related to the job opening, and conditions provided by the employer.
All advertisements posted online are moderated. As part of the moderation process we check if there is anything in the ad that qualifies as:

Ads posted on Profession.hu are accessible for 31 days.
In this interval, you can modify parts of the ad but not the job title. Therefore, the job title is the only field that is not allowed to change within this 31-day period.
You can quickly and easily modify your ads in your employer account. Enter the account using your email address and password. Once logged in, you will see your or your company’s name in the top right corner of the browser. You can then access the My advertisement menu where you can modify the relevant ad by clicking the Edit button (pencil icon) next to it.
After 31 days ads will automatically be deactivated or deleted. Even if the ad is inactive, its details and the applications can still be accessed in the My advertisement menu. Please note that applications and attached documents are stored in the applicant tracking system for 90 days.
You can delete an ad before the 31 days are over: you can quickly and easily delete active ads in your employer account. Enter the account using your email address and password. Once logged in, you will see your or your company’s name in the top right corner of the browser. You can then access the My advertisement menu where you can delete the active ad by clicking the Inactivate job ad button next to it.
Following the inactivation the ad cannot be renewed. The same advertisement can only be posted again on our website by purchasing a new product.
To put the ad on hold (i.e. to deactivate and reactivate it free of charge) is not possible.
To access your employer account, you have to register your email address.
You can enter your account using your registered email address and password. When registering a new company, contact details have to be provided when the employer datasheet is created.
