If you wish to post an advertisement on Profession.hu, you can choose from five products.

Advertisement product START (HUF 46,000+ VAT)

  • You can only post ads related to manual or skilled labour.
  • The ad will be displayed on Profession.hu and thousands of its partner websites for 31 days.
  • A free Applicant Tracking System is included in the product to manage the applications for the position.
  • The ad can be included in the job notifications beside the list page. This will allow the advertisement to reach jobseekers who have set criteria matching the advertisement.

Advertisement Product START PREMIUM (HUF 66,000+ VAT)

  • You can only post ads related to manual or skilled labour.
  • The ad will be displayed on Profession.hu and thousands of its partner websites for 31 days.
  • Three automatic updates are included in the product which will move the ad to the top of the list page, above other ads of the same type.
  • The ad will be shown right below the promoted listings and will stay there at the top of the list for 24 hours.
  • A free Applicant Tracking System is included in the product to manage the applications for the position.
  • The ad can be included in the job notifications beside the list page. This will allow the advertisement to reach jobseekers who have set criteria matching the advertisement.

Advertisement Product CLASSIC (HUF 133,000+VAT)

  • You can post ads related to all kinds of job openings. It is recommended to use it for positions that are easy to fill.
  • The ad will be displayed on Profession.hu and thousands of its partner websites for 31 days.
  • One automatic update is included in the product which will move the ad to the top of the list page, above other ads of the same type.
  • A free Applicant Tracking System is included in the product to manage the applications for the position.
  • The ad can be included in the job notifications beside the list page. This will allow the advertisement to reach jobseekers who have set criteria matching the advertisement.

Advertisement Product OPTIMUM (HUF 159,000+VAT)

  • You can post ads related to all kinds of job openings. It is recommended to use it for positions moderately difficult to fill.
  • The ad will be displayed on Profession.hu and thousands of its partner websites for 31 days.
  • Four automatic updates are included in the product which will move the ad to the top of the list page, above other ads of the same type.
  • The ad will be shown right below the promoted listings and will stay there at the top of the list for 24 hours.
  • The ad will be posted with a colourful frame and background to attract the attention of jobseekers.
  • A free Applicant Tracking System is included in the product to manage the applications for the position.
  • The ad can be included in the job notifications beside the list page. This will allow the advertisement to reach jobseekers who have set criteria matching the advertisement.

Advertisement Product PRO+ (HUF 236,000+VAT)

  • You can post ads related to all kinds of job openings. It is recommended to use it for positions difficult to fill.
  • The ad will be displayed on Profession.hu and thousands of its partner websites for 31 days.
  • Five automatic updates are included in the product which will move the ad to the top of the list page, above other ads of the same type.
  • The ad will be shown right below the promoted listings and will stay there at the top of the list for 36 hours.
  • The ad will be posted with a colourful frame and background to attract the attention of jobseekers.
  • It is possible to embed a video into the ad to grab even more attention.
  • Our eDM light service is included in the product. This will send a targeted email to a maximum number of 500 registered jobseekers.
  • Purchasing the product will allow you to reach applicants using social media once free of charge.
  • A free Applicant Tracking System is included in the product to manage the applications for the position.
  • The ad can be included in the job notifications beside the list page. This will allow the advertisement to reach jobseekers who have set criteria matching the advertisement.

  1. Review the profiles of candidates and decide if they meet the requirements of the job advertisement.
  2. Sort out the applicants:
    1. Candidates who meet the requirements of the advertisement – and whom you would like to contact – should be marked with the heart icon. Or you can grab them from the list page and drag them to the Suitable candidates page!
    2. Mark candidates who do not meet the requirements of the job advertisement with the crossed out circle icon. Or you can grab them from the list page and drag them to the Unsuitable applicants list.
  3. Contact the applicants as soon as possible.
    1. You can find the matching candidates in the Suitable candidates section.
    2. Contact the applicants as soon as possible. Send a rejection message to unsuitable applicants. You can use our pre-written rejection template message.

  2. Decide if the candidate meets the requirements of the job advertisement. If it suits your criteria, click on the heart icon or the Suitable button below. If it is not suitable, click on the crossed-out circle icon or click the Unsuitable button below.
  3. You can manage your suitable applicants in the Suitable applicants section.

Status tracking is a simple tool for recruiters to track where job applicants are in the selection process.

  1. Create as many columns as there are steps in your company’s selection process! Name the columns as you like, e.g. Passed telephone interview; Passed interview; Received an offer; Hired.
  2. Contact the applicants as soon as possible. Depending on how candidates perform in each section, drag them into the appropriate column.
  3. Always give feedback to all applicants.

  • New applicants, and those for whom you have not yet set a status can be found on the list page.
  • Candidates who have previously been placed in Unsuitable status can be found below, in the Unsuitable applicants list.
  • Candidates for whom you have already set a status are listed in the Suitable applicants list (except applicants with Unsuitable status).

In the top right corner, click the Share (up arrow) icon. The URL of the page will then be added to the clipboard. Simply press Ctrl+V to paste the URL. Only company users who are authorised to view the candidates for that ad will be able to open the candidate’s profile.

You can write down your thoughts about the candidate (e.g. ” CV shows that the candidate is suitable for the position”). If more than one recruiter from a company uses the Applicant Tracking System, each authorised recruiter to view candidates for that particular advertisement can write a note. You can edit and delete your notes. The note is not visible to applicants.

Please avoid recording personal data.

The easiest way to send a message to the candidates in the column is to select all the candidates in the column and then click on the Send bulk message button at the bottom of the page.

Create a template message that you can use later, or use previously saved template messages.

No. In the Applicant Tracking System, no automatic notifications of any listing or status setting will be sent to the candidate. If you wish to contact the applicant, please send them a message!

The applicant’s data can be deleted by clicking on the trash can icon.

If the same applicant has also applied for another job advertisement of the same company, his/her data will not be deleted from the other advertisement.

We recommend that instead of deleting the applicant, you place him/her in the list of Unsuitable applicants. You can access the applicant’s details in this list at any time up to 90 days from the date of application.

Yes. As the stages of the selection process may differ from company to company, you are free to change the columns (statuses):

  • You can modify their title by clicking on the pencil icon.
  • You can change their order: grab the header and move the column!
  • You can delete the columns by clicking on the trash can icon.

This value shows the percentage of candidates who meet the expectations set out in the advertisement. The system automatically compares the candidate’s details (e.g. education, work experience, language skills, etc.) with the requirements in the job advertisement. The accuracy of the value depends largely on the completeness of the candidate’s Profession profile.

The system does not check the attached CV documents.

If you want to perform actions with more than one applicant, use the checkbox to select the applicants. You can select all applicants at once.

The bulk functions will then become active in the bar at the bottom of the page:

  • sending a message,
  • placing on a list of Suitable applicants,
  • placing on a list of Unsuitable applicants.

Go back to the My advertisement menu and open  the selected job advertisement. On the next page, click on the Export applicants button.

The data of all applicants (except cancelled applicants) will be displayed in a .csv file (name, status, date of application, location, e-mail, phone number, note, net salary expectation).

If a company has an active job advertisement on Profession.hu and sends at least 65% of the applicants to the job advertisement(s) at least once through Profession.hu’s Application Management System (ATS), will receive the Excellent Contact badge.

Each day from the date of posting the job advertisement, we will check whether the above condition has been met in the previous 90 days and display/not display the Badge accordingly.

The Excellent Contact badge is displayed alongside the company’s job advertisements on the job listing page, on the page of the job advertisement and in the newsletter sent to employees. The Badge tells jobseekers that they have a high chance of getting a response from the company. This gives employees a greater sense of confidence and they are more likely to apply for the job advertisement.
