Any user can create a company profile, but only the master contact person registered with the company can edit it.

The edit can be done, after logging in to the employer interface, clicking on the name, and choosing the Company page section.

Jobseekers can rate their previous or current employers anonymously on a scale of 1 to 5 on several criteria or can share their experiences in written form.

When writing a written review, the reviewer should share both positive and negative experiences of the employer to get a nuanced picture of their time with the company.

Job seekers can also search for companies separately if they want to see reviews.

Text reviews are also subject to a preliminary quality assurance (verification) process to ensure that only reviews that comply with our detailed and exhaustive Review Regulations are published about your company on the site.

If you use your company profile, you will have the opportunity to respond to the written reviews of your company and highlight one of those that you think best describes your workplace.

The response will be published without prior verification, but Profession. hu as a service provider can moderate it afterwards.

You also can report the written reviews if you discover inappropriate content.

Anyone can report a written review available on the company’s website by clicking on the “!” button and stating the appropriate reason – this is to indicate that its content does not comply with the legislation in force or with this Policy.

The reason for the infringement must be indicated in the User Interface.

In addition, a complaint about content that is in breach of the law or of the Code may be sent to ugyfelszolgalat@profession.hu.

The review will remain available on the User Interface during the investigation, but no further complaints may be submitted until the investigation is completed.

A User may only complain once against the same review.

The evaluator is responsible and liable for the veracity and the manner of expression of the evaluation, and therefore it does not reflect the opinion of Profession. hu, and is not responsible for its veracity.

A company is considered a rated company if it has at least 3 completed (star) ratings.

Only completed reviews count towards the overall rating average, and all completed reviews, regardless of the number of reviews, are automatically counted towards the average rating of the company.
